Install the Phantom browser extension, top up Sol.

Go to PumpFun's website and connect your Phantom wallet.

Select SOL in the “From” field, enter the $MOONL contract address in the “To” field, specify the amount, and click Swap. Confirm the transaction in your wallet — after that, the tokens will appear in your account.
